North America Smart Energy Week is underway in Salt Lake City, UT. The event kicked off on Monday with an opening session featuring Abby Hopper, President and CEO of Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA). The opening session was focused on the role of clean energy in an integrated De-carbonization strategy.
The opening day also featured an opening party at The Grand America Hotel, including a string quartet on the patio where industry professionals met. The conference, hosted at the Salt Palace Convention Center, has an enormous number of exhibitors covering every aspect of the renewable energy spectrum.
